Success Story Polumana® makes sales at LogicLine even more successful

LogicLine is one of the leading providers of system solutions for the safe transportation of tools and materials. The Austrian company with over 50 employees serves around 19,000 customers across the DACH region. As part of a digitalization offensive, LogicLine has strategically repositioned itself in a modern way, particularly in sales. More efficient route planning saves the company valuable time, allowing it to focus even more intensively on customer needs and its own quality standards.

Initial situation

LogicLine has grown steadily in recent years, which has also increased the requirements for efficient processes and modern IT systems in sales. The company therefore launched a comprehensive digitalization initiative in 2020 and, together with partners such as Blue-Zone GmbH, implemented a strategic change project that made sales more digital and more successful.

Solution and result

To digitalize sales, LogicLine introduced the Polumana®mobile sales app together with a new IT ecosystem linked to Microsoft Dynamics. As a result, marketing and sales processes have been automated to a greater extent, collaboration between office and field staff has been improved and route planning has been made more efficient, giving sales staff more time for customer care.
